In this class you will learn

• How to keep your back strong and   decrease the risk of injury.
• Easy-to-follow strength and flexibility exercises to keep your spine strong.
• What the typical anatomy of the spine is for your age.

A free heel bone density screening will be available.  Wear shoes and socks that are easy to remove.
