Join us for Chair Yoga! Yoga increase balance, stamina and brain clarity. A focus on breath, strength, flexibility and mindfulness increases participants' well being. Poses either seated or standing/lying on the floor are adapted for all abilities, including folks with limited mobility. Participants gain calm and strength in a warm, inclusive environment.
Brynna Hurwitz has 20 years experience teaching dance and yoga. She brings humor, compassion and love of movement to her classes.
